1.1 Collection of Member Data
By using the Services, you agree and consent to the Company collecting your personal data for use within the Company’s systems and affiliated partners. Your personal data will be kept confidential and will only be disclosed to authorized merchants on a need-to-know basis.

1.2 Service Usage Data

The Company may collect data related to your use of the Services, including but not limited to point accumulation, coupon usage, service packages, product warranty registration, and product delivery, in order to provide customer benefits.

Your data may also be used to build databases and perform analytics for merchants you have registered with, enabling both the Company and such merchants to improve service quality and offer relevant promotions, discounts, and products tailored to your interests.

1.3 Cookie Policy
Where cookies are used in connection with the Services, the Company will implement a cookie policy in accordance with internationally recognized data security standards.

1.4 Company Responsibilities
The Company acts solely as a provider of data management and marketing promotion systems. The Company is not responsible for any products or promotions offered by partner merchants, including but not limited to product quality, quantity, pricing, reward conditions, service packages, expiration dates, coupons, or product warranties.

1.5 Notifications and Communications
You agree and consent to receive communications, promotions, benefits, and notifications from the Company or its partner merchants. When using the WiNG Connect application, you may manage your notification preferences at any time.

1.6 Service Usage & Benefits Conditions

●	Point accumulation, reward redemption, and service packages are subject to each merchant’s terms and conditions.
●	Members acknowledge that benefits may vary depending on each merchant’s policies.
●	Product warranty registration and claims are subject to each merchant’s terms. Users must contact the respective merchant directly for warranty services.
●	Registration for WiNG Connect is conducted via Facebook, Google, or Apple login. Once logged in with a specific account, data (including points and benefits) cannot be transferred to another account. Warranty registration may or may not require membership, depending on the merchant.
●	Benefits such as points redemption, vouchers, and coupons must be redeemed through the WiNG Connect application only. Screenshots will not be accepted.
●	The system may require identity verification via OTP (SMS).
●	The system may request GPS access to verify that benefits are redeemed at the correct location.
●	Members may terminate their use of the Services at any time; however, any remaining points or benefits cannot be refunded or transferred.
●	In cases of fraud, the Company reserves the right to terminate membership immediately without prior notice. No refunds or reinstatement of points or benefits will be provided. Members may submit a dispute request, and the Company’s decision shall be final.

2. Privacy & Policy

2.1 Personal Data We Collect
We collect personal data directly from you during registration or when submitting requests, including:

Personal Information : Name, phone number, email address, address
(Additional data such as date of birth or national ID may be requested by specific merchants.)

Device Information: IP address, location data, access time, OS version, device version, app version

2.2 Processing of Personal Data

2.2.1 Data Storage

●	Your data is securely stored as digital records on cloud infrastructure provided by Google Cloud and AWS.
●	The Company implements appropriate security measures to protect your personal data.

2.2.2 Data Retention

●	Personal data is retained for as long as you use the Services.
●	If you are inactive for more than 2 years, your data may be removed, and re-registration may be required.
●	If a merchant you are associated with discontinues the Services, your data may also be removed.

2.2.3 Use of Personal Data
Your data may be displayed within:

●	WiNG Connect (for users)
●	WiNG Store (for merchants and staff)
●	Merchant back-office systems (for administrative use)
●	Other integrated platforms via API connections, depending on each merchant’s service policies

2.2.4 Disclosure of Personal Data
Your personal data will remain confidential and will only be accessible to:

●	Authorized Company personnel
●	Partner merchants with whom you are registered

2.3 Purpose of Data Processing

●	Personal Data: User identification for service access
●	Login Data: Authentication and access to the application
●	Device Data: System improvement, monitoring, and troubleshooting

2.4 Data Erasure Policy (Right to be Forgotten)
You may request deletion of your personal data through the following channels:

●	Submit a request via the WiNG Connect app (Menu > More > Account Deletion Request)

●	Submit form in website for request data deletion

Important:

●	Deleting your personal data will result in the permanent loss of all associated benefits (e.g., points, coupons, discounts).
●	Such benefits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be reinstated.

2.5 Policy Updates
The Company may review and update this Privacy Policy periodically to ensure alignment with service changes and applicable standards. Updates will be communicated via the application or other appropriate channels.
